SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION LETTER OFF ACCREDITED NEWS BROADCASTER FOR NEWS GATHERING
This letter serves to formally introduce and authorize Ed Tan, News Broadcaster of RoadNews, a dedicated news agency, to gather news and information on our behalf.
Pursuant to the right to information and freedom of the press, Mr. Ed Tan is fully accredited and empowered by our office to conduct news gathering activities, including but not limited to:
- Seeking information and conducting interviews at any government agency, office, or department (eg PNP, BFP, LGU’s, DPWH, BoC, etc)
- Covering and reporting from scenes of accidents, incidents, and other newsworthy events occuring in any part of the country.
- Requesting and obtaining official statements, reports, and data relevant to his news coverage.
We hereby certify the ID bearer as our bonafide News Broadcaster and request that they be afforded the necessary assistance and access to perform his duties effectively and efficiently
This Authorization is valid until officially revoked in writing by the undersigned
