Nauna nang nagsumite ng courtesy resignation si Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, sa opisina ng Presidente, \u201cUpon your acceptance, the undersigned will immediately begin the process of turning over in an orderly manner all the matters pending in my office\u201d saan ni Bersamin sa kanyang liham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
