Ano &#8216;to, &#8220;kangaroo court&#8221; na?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At ang lala ng mga judges\u2014ang sagot pa sa reklamo: &#8220;Kung may mali, kasuhan niyo sa higher court!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh, sino ba&#8217;ng may pera at oras para maghabol sa mga ganyang kaso?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang punto ng small claims ay mabilis at murang hustisya, pero kung ang ending ay &#8220;finality decision agad&#8221;, para saan pa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parang sinasabi nila: &#8220;Kami na&#8217;ng nagkamali, kayo na&#8217;ng mag-adjust!&#8221; Dapat bang tanggapin na lang na &#8220;fixed&#8221; ang sistema? Na kahit anong proof ang ipakita mo, basta&#8217;t may demandang pera, automatic may hatol? Kung ganyan lang din, bakit hindi na lang sila maglagay ng &#8220;vendo machine&#8221; sa korte, lagay mo complaint, labas ng desisyon, bayad kaagad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa totoo lang, nakakadismaya. Ang small claims, dapat ay para sa ordinaryong tao, pero kung pati dito ay palpak at biased, saan pa lalapit ang mga inaapi? &#8220;Justice delayed is justice denied&#8221; nga raw\u2014pero dito, kahit mali, ipipilit pa rin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dapat baguhin &#8216;to! Hindi pwedeng gawing negosyo ang hustisya.
