Ang biktima ay kinilalang si Police Senior Master Sergeant Bumilac, isang may-asawa at kasalukuyang trainee ng Public Safety Senior Leadership Course (PSSLC) Batch 2025-01.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ayon sa ulat, bandang 9:00 ng gabi nang magsagawa ng headcount ang Duty Officer of the Day na si Police Lieutenant Janeth A. Cristobal. Doon nalaman na may isang trainee na hindi nakita, kaya agad na inutusan ang paghahanap sa nawawala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nang bandang 9:23 ng gabi, natagpuan ni Police Chief Master Sergeant Mario V. Cortez ang walang malay na si PSMS Bumilac sa may bakod malapit sa isang patrol car sa loob ng RTC2. Agad na tinawag ang duty nurse at dinala ang biktima sa Cauayan District Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
