Ayon sa public advisory na inilabas ni Mayor Nonato S. Abrenica, kailangang sumunod sa mga legal na kinakailangan tulad ng Approved Subdivision Plan, Development Permit mula sa LGU, at Certificate of Registration at License to Sell mula sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) ang sinumang nagbebenta ng lupa.
