Mula sa PAGASA Weather Bulleting na ipinaskil ngayong July 16, 2025 5PM, Ang Tropical Depression \u201cCrising\u201d ay kumimilos patungong kanluran-timog kanluran sa bilis na 20km\/hr taglay ang lakas ng hangin na umaabot sa 45km\/hr malapit sa sentro at bugso na aabot ng hanggang 55km\/hr. Ang sentro ng bagyo ay nasa 625km Silangan ng Virac, Catanduanes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posibleng itaas ang signal No.1 sa ilang bahagi ng Cagayan Valley mamayang gabi o bukas ng umaga. Kung patuloy itong kikilos pakanluran maaring itaas rin ang Signal No. 1 sa probinsya ng Catanduanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posibleng dumaan o tumama sa Cagayan o Babuyan Islands ang bagyo sa darating na biyernes ng gabi o sabado ng umaga, at lalabas ng PAR sa Sabado ng hapon o gabi<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inaasahang magiging Tropical Storm ito bukas ng umaga at maging Severe Tropical Storm sa Biyernes ng hapon o gabi, at tinatayang maging Bagyo bago tumama sa hilang Luzon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maghanda sa posibleng pagbaha at paglipad ng mga kalat sa mga lugar na apektado ng malakas na hangin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hinihila naman nito ang hanging habagat na nagdudulot ng manakanakang pagulan ngayon sa Palawan, Siquijor, Bohol, Camiguin, Southern Leyte Surigao del Norte at Dinagat Is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inaasahan naman ang pagiging maalon at malakas na alon sa mga baybayin ng Palawan, Catanduanes, Zamboanga del Norte, Camiguin, Surigao?Dianagat, Davao, at ilang baybayin ng Visayas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pinaiiwas na ang paglalayag ng mga maliliit na bangkang pangisda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
