Tuluyan nang tinanggap ng tanggapan ni Senador Robin Padilla ang pagbibitiw ni dating aktres, Nadia Montenegro bilang political officer matapos sumabit sa paggamit ng marijuana sa loob mismo ng Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kahit itinanggi ni Montenegro ang akusasyon ng Office of the Sergeant-At-Arms na may ulat na amoy marijuana ang comfort room na pinanggalingan nito, kita-kita naman sa ebidensiya dahil nakakuha umano ng upos sa pinangyarihan ng krimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayon kay Atty. Rudolf Philip Jurado, tinanggap ang resignation ni Monetenegro, ngunit walang binanggit kung isasailalim sa imbestigasyon ang dating aktres.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isang \u201cNadia Montenegro \u201c ang binanggit sa incident report ng OSAA na gumamit ng marijuana sa loob mismo ng gusali ng Senado.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayon sa report na may petsang August 13, nilapitan si Victor Patelo, isang Senate security personnel na nakatalaga sa 5th floor, ng staff member ni Sen. Panfilo Lacson nitong Martes na nagsasabing may \u201ckakaibang amoy\u2019 na naggagaling sa ladies room malapit sa extension offices ng Senador sa lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
