Ibig sabihin, kapag sinabing \u2018Project ABC\u2019 [amounting] P100 million, dalawang beses lumalabas sa budget iyan na parehong-pareho,\u201d paliwanag niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSinasabi nila, pagkakamali lang sa pagkasulat.
