Iyong penalty po diyan is 100 to 250 million pesos per offense,\u201d wika ni Aquino, principal sponsor ng RA 10667 o ang Philippine Competition Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m raising this because importante sa taumbayan hindi lang na may makulong, hindi lang na lahat ng involved ay makulong, pero mabalik rin yung pera. Batay sa substantial evidence, maaaring pagmultahin ng hanggang P250 milyon ang mga tiwaling contractors na nakiisa sa bid manipulation sa ikalawang paglabag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The PCC can file based on an administrative complaint, fines on those engaged in bid rigging. A fine of P100 million to P250 million per instance. Kung 600 ang kontrata natin, that 600 times P100 million or P250 million, aabot ka ng P150 billion in fines.
