Ang reklamo ay mula sa isang concerned citizen na inirereklamo ang labis na ingay mula sa videoke mula sa kanilang lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agad namang rumesponde ang kapulisan ang San Crlos CPS patungo sa nasabing lugar. 11:21 ng gabi dumating ang mga awtoridad sa lugar na nabanggit.
