Sinasabi nila, \u2018Si Brice po iyan,\u201d ayon kay Bernardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinabi pa ni Bernardo na isang &nbsp;Maynard Ngu, kinilala bilang malapit na kaibigan at campaign contributor ni dating Senate President Francis Escudero, ang tumanggap ng PHP160 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIto po ay 20 percent ng PHP800-million na allocation sa Valenzuela at Marinduque projects,\u201d aniya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahigpit na pinabulaanan ni Escudero ang paratang ni Bernardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI vehemently deny the malicious allegations and innuendos\u2026he never had any contact with me directly regarding this matter\u2014and I will prove that he is lying about my alleged involvement,\u201d ani Escudero sa statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aniya, bahagi ang testimonya ni Bernardo sa isang \u201cwell-orchestrated plan\u201d upang sirain ang Senado habang inililigtas ang ilang sangkot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPuro talaga senador ang tinuturo?! Martin Romualdez sa lahat ng ito,\u201d ani Escudero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binanggit din ni Bernardo si dating Senador Ramon Revilla Jr., na tumanggap ng halagang P125 milyon habang nakakuha din si dating senador ngayon Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay ng 15 porsiyento bilang &nbsp;&nbsp;\u201ccommitment\u201d na nagkakahalagang PHP37 billion halaga ng proyekto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinggil naman kay Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Zaldy Co, &nbsp;sinabi ni Bernardo: \u201cAyon kay Engineer Alcantara, may hinihinging 25 percent commission si Congressman Zaldy Co sa mga projects. Dalawang porsyento dito ay pinaghahati-hatian namin.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ang mga pahayag ko ay nakabatay sa personal na kaalaman at mga dokumento na hawak ko.
