Aniya, kanyang ipinaliwanag ito sa ginanap na caucus ng lahat ng senador nitong Lunes na may ilan na nagpahayag ng pangamba na maaaring maapektuhan ang institusyon dahil sa pagbubunyag hinggil sa mahigit P100 bilyon budget insertions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
