Mistulang hiniling ni Senador Sherwin Gatchalian na tuparin ang sigaw ng mamamayan laban sa sinumang sangkot sa multi-bilyong flood control scandal na ikulong lahat upang mapanagot sa mas lalong madaling panahon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa pahayag, sinabi ni Gatchalian, chairman ng Senate committee on finance na kailangan nang pabilisin ng DOJ ang imbestigasyon sa flood control anomalies upang mapanagot ang sangkot dahil nainip na ang taumbayan sa resulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ayon sa mambabatas, marami nang nakakasukang rebelasyon ang lumitaw sa nakaraang imbestigasyon ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee at   House Infrastructure Committee kaya lumakas ang inaasahan ng publiko na makakasuhan ang sangkot sa   ghost at substandard flood control projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAlam nila kung sino \u2018yung mga sapsap at butete,\u201d ayon kay Gatchalian na tumutukoy sa ilang kongresista at senador kasama ang mga opisyal ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) at posibleng Sabwatan sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM) at Commission on Audit (COA) at iba pang ahensiya ng pamahalaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa ginanap na pagdinig ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee sa pamumuno ni nagbalik na Chairman, Senate President Pro-Tempore Panfilo Lacson na sangkot sa anomalya sina dating Majority Leader Joel Villanueva, dating Senador Jinggoy Estrada, dating Senate President Francis \u201cChiz\u201d Escudero, Ako Bicol Rep, Zaldy Co at dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
