Ibinulgar ni Senate President Vicente \u201cTito\u201d Sotto III na may bagong kuwento ng kudeta upang patalsikin sa puwesto na pangkaraniwan nang umiikot palagi sa Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nitong Lunes, binuksan ni Sotto ang sesyon matapos mag-recess noong OKtubre 10 para magbakasyon na nakatakdang magsimula sana nitong Lunes ngunit nasuspinde dahil sa bagyong Uwan na nanalasa sa Central at Northern Luzon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naunang ibinabala ni Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo \u201cPing\u201d Lacson na kapag naihalal o bumalik bilang chairman ng Blue Ribbon Committee na dapat nakahanda si Sotto na harapin ang anumang pangyayari dahil baka mabawasan ang bilang ng mayorya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samantala, kinilala naman ni Senador Alan Peter Cayetano ang \u2018infighting and chaos\u201d sa Senado kaya ipinahatid nito na bawat miyembro ay may tungkulin na mapanatili ang kaayusan at kredibilidad ng Mataas na Kapulungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cGinugulo ng ginugulo ng ginugulo\u2026 every single member of the Senate may personal responsibility,\u201d ayon kay Cayetano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ikinabit ni Cayetano ang gulo sa  \u2018political maneuvering ahead of 2028\u2019 kaya dapat nakapokus ang minorya sa polisiya at hindi pulitika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cThis is all about 2028. Many people want to knock out their opponent already now,\u201d ayon kay Cayetano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiiniyak ni Cayetano na mananatiling nakatuon ang minority bloc sa ideas at reporma, partikular sa proseso ng badyet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cOur biggest job now is to give better ideas for the budget,\u201d aniya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
