Pero ang nagiging problema ngayon ay ang mga LGU dahil bumaba na sa mga LGU ang red tape. Alam naman natin na ang red tape at korapsyon ay magkapatid,\u201d dagdag pa niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamakailan ay lumagda sa isang Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) ang Ombudsman at ARTA upang palakasin ang kanilang pagtutulungan laban sa red tape at sa pagsasampa ng mga kaugnay na kaso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInaasahan natin na mas pagtutuunan nila ng pansin hindi lang ang korapsyon kundi pati ang red tape dahil ang red tape ay pinagmumulan ng korapsyon.
