Ang kaibahan sa health, tuloy pa rin ang pag alis ng health professionals natin tapos \u2018di pa tayo marunong [gumamit ng] AI, double whammy,\u201d aniya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binanggit ni Cayetano na isa nang trend ang paggamit ng AI sa maraming industriya at dapat bahagi na ito ng public health planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhether you talk about the markets, labor, call centers, business, even in church, health, pinag-uusapan AI. I was expecting that some of the answers of all agencies in this budget hearing will be with AI or papunta roon,\u201d sabi niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIs this another tech shift na maiiwan ang Pilipinas? If yes sana hindi sa health side,\u201d dagdag niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depensa naman ng DOH, naghahanda na ito ng isang AI agenda na naka-align sa ASEAN chairship ng Pangulo sa susunod na taon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May mga kasunduan na rin daw para sa data centers na sinusuportahan ng UAE sovereign wealth fund at nakikipagtulungan na sila sa DICT para sa procurement at supply chain support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero ayon kay Cayetano, hindi sapat ang mga hakbang na ito at kailangan pa rin ng DOH ng malinaw at matibay na istratehiya para makita kung aling AI applications ang pinakamainam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dapat din aniyang magkaroon ang DOH ng sariling in-house AI expert na mamumuno sa direksyong ito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAng problema sa tech, one year delay is not one year delay. When you talk about AI, when you\u2019re delayed one year, you\u2019re delayed five years.
