{"id":4302,"date":"2026-02-26T20:39:17","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T12:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roadnews.net\/?p=4302"},"modified":"2026-02-26T20:39:18","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T12:39:18","slug":"kamara-aprubado-na-ang-panukala-sa-paggamit-ng-medical-cannabis-sa-bansa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/roadnews.net\/index.php\/2026\/02\/26\/kamara-aprubado-na-ang-panukala-sa-paggamit-ng-medical-cannabis-sa-bansa\/","title":{"rendered":"KAMARA, APRUBADO NA ANG PANUKALA SA PAGGAMIT NG MEDICAL CANNABIS SA BANSA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Ni Nelle de San Jose<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inaprubahan na sa joint hearing ng House Committee on Dangerous Drugs at House Committee on Health ang panukalang batas na magpapahintulot sa ligal na paggamit ng medical cannabis sa Pilipinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayon sa naturang panukala, papayagan ang limitadong paggamit ng cannabis para sa mga pasyenteng may malubhang karamdaman, ngunit mahigpit na imo-monitor pa rin ito ng gobyerno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magkakaroon rin umano ng Medical Cannabis Advisory Council para bantayan ang implementasyon at tiyakin ang kaligtasan ng publiko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mainit naman na nakasuporta ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, at Philippine National Police, at Dangerous Drugs Board basta\u2019t may malinaw na patakaran para maiwasan ang pang-aabuso sa paggamit ng Marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDahan-dahan at may sapat na pag-iingat ang pagbubukas ng access sa medical cannabis.
