maigting na pakikilahok ng mga local government units (LGUs) sa pag-angat ng kalidad ng edukasyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binigyang diin ng mambabatas ang kanyang mungkahi kasunod ng anunsyo ng Pangulo, kung saan sinabi niyang isinusulong ng administrasyon ang pag-amyenda sa Local Government Code upang patatagin ang kakayahang pinansyal ng mga LGUs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image edukasyon,\u201d ani Gatchalian, Chairman ng Senate Committee on Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa ilalim ng 20th Congress, muling inihain ni Gatchalian ang&nbsp;21st Century School Boards Act (Senate Bill No. 53) upang dagdagan ang mga kasapi ng mga Local School Boards, dagdagan ang kanilang mga tungkulin, at palawakin ang saklaw ng paggamit ng Special Education Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa ilalim ng
