Kailangan nakatutok iyan sa sitwasyon ng lugar,\u201d sabi niya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagama\u2019t nakikita niyang unti-unting gumaganda ang pagtugon ng gobyerno sa krisis, sinabi niyang inaasahan ng publiko ang mas maayos na sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinihikayat din niya ang mga Pilipino na makibahagi sa paghahanda at pagpaplano para sa mas mabilis at epektibong aksyon sa oras ng sakuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPray for specific points so that we will always be more prepared and we can plan better.
