Sa pahayag na ito ni Enrile ipinaliwanag nya na walang kasong kriminal na pwedeng isampa sa Bise-Presidente dahil sa ang binitawang pahayag ng VP ay pawang conditional lamang. Ngunit nagbabala din ang legend na maari itong gamitin ng iba para sa kanilang pansariling kapakanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matataandaan na sa Press Conference noong Nobyembre 23, 2024 kontrobersyal na sinambit mismo ng Bise-Presidente ang mga katagang \u201cpag pinatay ako, patayin mo si BBM, Liza Araneta, at si Martin Romualdez\u201d. Ngunit ayon kay\u00a0 Enrile hindi umano ito sapat na dahilan upang kasuhan si VP Inday ng kasong kriminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Binigyang-diin ni Enrile na kung sakaling may tangkang pagpatay kay Duterte, awtomatikong kasama sa mga suspek sina Marcos, Araneta, at Romualdez, kahit na sila ay inosente. \u201cIf an attempt against Sara\u2019s life should happen, but did not succeed, BBM, Liza, and Martin would be the immediate and direct suspects, even though they are innocent, which would further widen the political disruption between the two sides,\u201d paglalahad ni Enrile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dagdag pa Enrile, may nakaambang panganib na maaaring gamitin ng mga masasamang elemento ang isyu na ito upang lalong palalain ang hidwaan sa pulitika. \u201cEvil and vicious third parties could merrily take advantage of the situation and weaken, if not destroy, the two sides of the political divide. Even some ambitious members of each political group could take advantage of it to strengthen and promote their personal interest, whatever that is.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dahilan ito upang imungkahi ni Enrile na parehong dapat mag-ingat ang kampo ni Duterte at Marcos upang hindi maipit sa anumang posibleng panggugulo mula sa mga taong may pansariling interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
