Ayon naman sa opisyal na pahayag ng PHILVOLCS-PAGASA ang pag-aalburuto ng bulkan ay tumagal ng walong minute base sa kanilang seismic record at nagbuga ito ng \u201cplume\u201d na umabot ng 1,500m mula sa bunganga ng Kanlaon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naitala din ang pagbagsak ng abo o \u201dashfall\u201d at matinding amoy ng sulfur sa mga barangay sa Bago City, Negros Occidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasa <strong>ALERT Level 3<\/strong> ngayon ang Mt Kanlaon, ibigsabihin ay ang pamamaga ng bulkan ay magdudulot ng mga kahalintulad na pagsabog at maaring makapinsala sa mga malapit dito. Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng komunidad na nasa loob ng 6km radius mula sa crater ay pinapayuhang lumikas. Ang mga Civil Aviation ay pinapayuan ding umiwas sa bahaging ito ng Negros Occidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang PHILVOLCS-PAGASA ay nakatutok sa bulkang Kanlaon at maka-aasa tayo ng maagap nilang pahayag
