ang &#8220;all-out war&#8221; laban sa ilegal na droga, korapsyon, kriminalidad, at red tape sa Pilipinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inihayag ni Belgica, ang unang nominado ng Bisaya Gyud partylist, ang paglulunsad ng kanilang command center sa First Tondo Complex sa Velasquez, Tondo, Manila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinabi niya na sa sandaling bumalik siya sa kanyang posisyon bilang isang kinatawan, bubuhayin ng partylist ang kampanya laban sa ilegal na droga, na humahantong sa malawakang kriminalidad, pagkawala ng trabaho, mataas na inflation, at mga mamahaling bilihin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binigyang-diin din ni Belgica na kung mahalal sila sa Kongreso, magkakaroon sila ng kapangyarihang gumawa ng mga batas, magrekomenda, maglantad at magtanggal ng mga tiwaling opisyal na sangkot sa mga ilegal na
