Erwin Tulfo at sa kanyang kapatid na si Ben Tulfo, isang brodkaster, at tatlo pang ibang miyembro ng Tulfo Clan, ayon sa Commission on Electoions (COMELEC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinabi ni COMELEC Chairman George Erwin Garcia na ang kaso ay isinampa ng isang petitioner na kinilalang si Atty Virgilio Garcia. Ito ay ipapa-raffle sa dalawang dibisyon ng poll body ng COMELEC ngayong araw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukod kina Ben at Erwin, pinangaanan din sa Disqualification Petition sina ACT-CIS Rep Jocelyn Pua-Tulfo, Quezon City 2<sup>nd<\/sup> District \u00a0Rep. Ralph Wendel Tulfo, at Turismo Party-List nominee Wanda Tulfo-Teo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binanggit ng petitioner na si Garcia na ang mga respondents ay mga miyembro ng itinuturing niyang political dynasty bilang batayan para sa disqualification petition na ito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of the Honorable Commission that, after due process, respondents be declared as constituting a POLITICAL DYNASTY by express prohibition under the Constitution and are therefore not qualified as candidates to seek public office in the National and Local Elections in May 2025\u201d nakalahad sa 21-pahina na petisyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binanggit din ng petitioner na ang limang respondent ay kamag-anak ni incumbent senator Raffy Tulfo \u201c within the first or second civil degree of consanguinity or of affinity.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe 1987 prohibits this anomalous monopolistic concentration of political power in one family\u201d dagdag pa ng petioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nabanggit sa reklamo ang Article 2 Section 26 na nagsasaad na \u201cThe State shall guarantee equal access to all opportunities for public service and prohibit dynasties as may be defined by law.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Binanggit din sa reklamo ang isyu ng citizenship ni Erwin.
