Yes, dahil kpag alam mo ang blood type mo, malalaman mo din ang mga pagkain na umaakma sa’yo. May apat na klase ng Blood Type – A, B, O at AB. No matter what RH ito, negative man o positive. And what’s wonderful about it, is that with the blood type we have, you also have a distinct stomach enzyme and distinct body chemistry. So different blood type-different stomach acid (panunaw). Further, there are 2 types of protein as well, animal protein & plant protein.
Blood type “O” stands for OLD ( discovered since Neanderthal era) – is carnivore o meat-eater blood type. Considered as the Hunter blood type as well. Your blood type and microbiome (intestinal bacteria), is attuned with animal protein. Your system easily digest and absorb animal protein.
Blood type “A” stand for AGRARIAN – is 90% vegetarian (Plant-based). Energy is much derived from eating plant-based protein. It gives Type-As better energy supply and is totally attuned with its microbiome structure. This is one good reason why Type As feels sluggish and slow when they much of the animal protein then plant-based protein. The same goes with the Type Os, mostly when they take much plant-based protein, Type Os somehow gets constipation because the digestive acid in their stomach react much better with animal protein (meat). This blood type can survive without animal protein, tofu or soy based foods can replace the protein requirement of this blood type.
Type B stands for BALANCE and it has the advantage & disadvantages of the Types A & O. But this blood type somehow reacts to chicken having allergic manifestation than eating Turkey.
Type AB is a youngest blood type ever discovered from the early Europeans settlers. Their microbiome is best for seafood but less of the diary food products.
