Subject: Authorization to Gather News Information and Press Releases
This letter serves to authorize Ms. Joan Isabelle A. Fernandez, a duly accredited representative of RoadNews Philippines, to request, gather, and receive updated news information, official statements, and press releases from all government agencies, including but not limited to:
- Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)
- Philippine National Police (PNP)
- Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)
- Local Government Units (LGUs)
- Other National Government Agencies and Instrumentalities
The purpose of this authorization is to allow Ms. Fernandez to collect data and information necessary for accurate reportage and publication across all RoadNews multimedia platforms (including print, online, and broadcast).
We respectfully request that you extend to him the necessary assistance and access to public information in line with the delivery of accurate and timely news to the public.
This authorization is valid until revoked by RoadNews management.
